Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://jirehsrock.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Wall Covering, Touch Up Painting, Drywall Installation, Construction Cleanup, Pressure Washing provided by Jireh's Rock. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Jireh's Rock and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Jireh's Rock reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Jireh's Rock makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Damages. Jireh's Rock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jireh's Rock from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
